As a practice that links mind, body and spirit, yoga is an excellent way to acknowledge and assign meaning to the nature of life and death. As part of this Day of the Dead celebration, Ofelia will lead us through breath, movement and meditation while reflecting on the ways we keep those loved ones that have departed, alive in some way.
