Supporting Your Anxious Child: A Workshop for Parents and Caregivers
Childhood anxiety can be challenging to navigate, and as a parent or caregiver, it’s not always easy to know how best to support your child. Anxiety often presents in ways that are difficult to recognize, impacting school, friendships, and family life.
Join us for a free community discussion where we’ll explore:
• How to recognize the physical, emotional, and behavioural signs of childhood anxiety.
• Practical strategies to support your child in managing their worries.
• Tools children can use to build resilience, confidence, and a sense of calm.
Led by Cathy Dubrofsky, MA, RP, and Laura Devlin, MA C. Psych., this session will provide valuable insights and actionable techniques to help you better support your child’s well-being.
This event is open to all community members. We invite you to join the conversation and connect with others navigating similar experience.
Presented in partnership with Beaches Therapy Group.
