Programs & Registration
How do I find the right program?
Start with Our Programs. Programs are organized into families based on age, audience and the kind of experience you’re looking for—from babies and caregivers to kids, adults and older adults.
Each program-family page explains what’s offered and shows upcoming dates.
How do I register?
Find the program you want on our website, review the current dates and details, then complete your registration through ActiveNet, our registration system.
Do I need to register in advance?
It depends on the program. Some programs require advance registration, while others may be offered as drop-ins or free community activities.
Check the individual program listing for the most current information before you arrive.
What if a program is full?
Check the ActiveNet listing for current availability and any waitlist options. If you’re not sure what to do next, contact us and we’ll help you look at alternatives.
How do I know what’s happening this week?
Visit What’s On for the current Sandbox calendar, including programs, classes, camps and special activities.
What if I’m not sure which program is right for me or my child?
Ask us. Tell us the participant’s age, interests and anything that would help us understand what you’re looking for.
A real person from the Sandbox team will help point you in the right direction.
Cost & Financial Assistance
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. Financial assistance may be available for eligible paid programs, depending on available funding, program eligibility and space. Requests are handled privately and you do not need to submit financial documents through the online request form.
Should I register before asking for financial assistance?
We recommend asking about assistance before registering. Submit a short request and a Sandbox team member will follow up with you about what support may be available and the next step.

Camps & PA Days
What should I know before registering for camp?
Each camp listing includes the important details for that particular session, including the age range, dates, daily schedule and availability. Information about lunch, field trips, aftercare, forms, pickup and cancellations is provided with the individual camp listing where applicable.
What should my child bring to camp?
What’s needed can vary by camp. Check the individual camp information before the first day for details about food, clothing, equipment, forms and anything else your camper should bring.
If you’re unsure, ask the Camp Team.
Yoga & Fitness
I’m new to yoga or group fitness. Can I still come?
