Active Aging at Sandbox

Help older neighbours keep coming together.

A regular class or gathering can give the week a welcome rhythm: something to make, a reason to move and familiar people to see. Active Aging brings those opportunities together at the Sandbox.

What support can help sustain.

Regular, welcoming experiences take planning, people and resources. Community support can help:

  • Keep participation within reach.
  • Support facilitators and materials.
  • Sustain recurring opportunities to move, make, learn, cook and connect.
