Our Front Desk volunteers help guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. You’ll work alongside our Guest Relations team, welcoming visitors, answering simple questions and helping programs and spaces stay organized.

What you’ll do
- Welcome guests and help them find where they’re going
- Answer basic questions and connect guests with the right staff member
- Help facilitators prepare studios for programs
- Keep the front desk and nearby spaces tidy and we

- Are friendly, dependable and organized
- Are comfortable answering questions and asking for help when you don’t know the answer
- Can work independently and as part of a team
Customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
Training and support are provided.
