XPRESS Roll-Out and Mobility
Using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, this 45-minute class guides you through myofascial release that targets superficial and deep fascial layers around the muscles. Each class focuses on one area of the body, with mobility check-ins before and after, and finishes with yoga postures to integrate the space you have created.
