Play + Flow Kids Yoga
Play + Flow Kids Yoga (ages 4-9)
We believe in starting em off young! A fun, playful class for the littlest yogi teaching basic postures and mind-body awareness with some meditation to settle and calm their minds. Suitable for kids aged 4-9. For Kids younger than 4, a parent or guardian must stay and participate as well.
Bring your own mat (or a blanket) + water bottle.
NOTE:
