A gentle vinyasa flow for beginners and experienced participants who want to move at a slower pace. Build strength and mobility, stretch and connect with your breath. Some classes use gentle massage and essential oils.

The Caregiver and Tot Free Play at Beaches Sandbox is a dynamic program designed for caregivers and tots aged under 4. From 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, caregivers can accompany their little ones to the Sandbox for a fun-filled playtime experience, fostering creativity, social interaction, and sensory exploration in a safe and engaging environment. Please note that Free Play does not run on Wednesdays.
Cost: FREE
Power through yoga and fitness poses using free weights and skillfully curated sequencing to build strength and stamina, with an energizing playlist.

Join instructor Janice May's Groove Fit Class at Beaches Sandbox on Fridays at 11:30 am - 12:15 pm, where you can achieve holistic well-being in one session! Strengthen your heart and lungs, improve muscular strength, balance, agility, and coordination, and enhance brain areas related to learning, memory, and equilibrium. Set to music from various genres, the class offers basic steps and choreography accessible to all, helping to boost your mood and reduce stress levels.
Cost: $5.00 with Seniors’ Pass
Join us every Friday from 1:30–2:30 pm for the Adult & Seniors’ Book Club at Beaches Sandbox, a welcoming space for readers to come together and share their love of books. This engaging program offers the opportunity to explore a variety of stories and genres while enjoying thoughtful conversation with fellow book lovers.
