XPRESS Roll-Out and Mobility
Using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, you will be guided through 45 minutes of a myofascial, sensory filled, roll out, targeting both superficial and deep fascial layers surrounding the muscles, enhancing circulation, body awareness, and functional movement. Each class focuses on one area of the body, with mobility check-ins before and after, and finishes with yoga postures to integrate the space you’ve created. A powerful self-care practice for relieving chronic tightness and moving with more ease.
